Mangia Mólto Italian Cafe

This was not a project initiated by a real restaurant, unfortunately. My father owned several restaurants in the early 80’s and a catering business, and still dreams of the time he could come into the capital needed to open another restaurant. The idea is often brought up when we’re together, ironing out details of our fictional restaurant and hoping to win the lottery.

We were together discussing details as usual involving menu and restaurant layout and the like when we were thinking of names and I thought of Mangia Mólto (essentially “eat a lot” in Italian). Who knows if it’ll ever happen, but I look forward to the opportunity to design a menu.
